- Knowledge of basic financial, tax, and accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with office productivity applications and aptitude for learning new systems
- Supporting timely and accurate processing of accounts payables and accounts receivables
- Processing customer invoices and payments
- Assisting with preparation of month end closing financial statements
- Assisting with payroll processing as needed
- Support month end financial closing
- Providing Human Resource and other administrative support
- Supporting cost and inventory accounting
- Bookkeeping and general accounting support
- Support month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and sales tax computations
- Execute accurate filing in multiple systems
- Process e-commerce orders as required
- Support general office, human resources, sales, marketing, operations and supply chain functions as required
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in finance or accounting
- One or two years of experience in clerical accounting
- Related Experience of similar experience and a consistent work history in a high-paced professional setting.
- Desire to learn, grow and be part of a dynamic, high achieving team and organization.
